Brian Yui is the CEO of HouseRebate.com, which he founded in 1999, utilizing 15 years of real estate experience to create a full-service discount online/offline real estate brokerage firm.

He’s the author of the best-selling book; Home Buying by the Experts and co-authored Wake Up...Live the Life You Love: Purpose, Passion, Abundance. Yui regularly offers his expertise on the real estate industry as a media contributor.

Prior to obtaining his real estate broker’s license, Yui spent five years at Coopers Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) as a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Masters of Business Taxation degree from the University of Southern California and a B.S. degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Yui serves as event chair to the Children’s Hospital’s annual “Opening Day at the Races”, and the Toys for Tots annual holiday party. He lives in Encinitas, California.
